Buzztime disappointment.
I was in Cleveland from out of town. I chose a hotel based upon proximity to a Buzztime bar. I know this bar to be a high-scoring Buzztime location. But the evening I was there, no one knew how to put Buzztime on any of the screens. They said the GM was out. No excuse. If you offer Buzztime, you need to have better training than this.
